As one of the UK's leading property portals, with 55 million web visitors per month, Zoopla's commercial model depends on proving the lead value their platform delivers to thousands of estate agent customers. Without reliable call attribution, agents had no way to see exactly how many buyer and renter enquiries their Zoopla listings generated, making it difficult to justify their subscription spend.
